I founded DW Endeavors to help mission-driven organizations get organized, focused and strategic about how they approach their work and achieve their goals.

I often work with leaders to help them figure out how to grow their organization over the long-term, while taking strategic advantage of opportunities as they arise.

We may start by making a plan to guide the organization over several years. Soon enough, we’re focused on day-to-day challenges, roadblocks and frustrations.

These conversations usually help crystallize the situation and suggest a way to move ahead.

From there, we shift into project-management mode and create actionable plans for achieving measurable results.
